¿WHY TO ALERT US?

The goal of alerts is to keep updated your account to prevent delays and facilitate the identification of your packages when they arrive at our premises in USA without invoice or without your account or box number. With the information you give us in the alerts, we can identify your packages by the origin tracking number (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc) even when have not received them yet.
















1. Download the commercial invoice to your computer, from the "order history" of the store (Amazon, Target, Ebay, etc).


2. Upload the invoice in JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF format. The maximum size is 2MB.



3. Finish the shipping process on your invoice by clicking on "continue".
